En nuestro taller agroalimentario transformamos miles de kilos de fruta en zumos naturales, mermeladas artesanas, pieles arom\u00e1ticas e ingredientes para infusiones, aprovechando al m\u00e1ximo todo lo que nos ofrece el campo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"713\">La fruta procede principalmente de nuestras fincas en el valle de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">S\u00f3ller<\/span><\/span> y en <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Galatz\u00f3<\/span><\/span>, aunque tambi\u00e9n trabajamos con productores que conf\u00edan en nosotros para transformar sus cultivos y comercializar despu\u00e9s los productos bajo su propia marca.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"1083\">Entre las elaboraciones m\u00e1s representativas se encuentran nuestras mermeladas artesanas de naranja, elaboradas con variedades como navel, salustiana y canoneta, esta \u00faltima una variedad tradicional del valle de S\u00f3ller. Tambi\u00e9n elaboramos mermelada de mandarina, que se ha consolidado como una de las preferidas por quienes buscan sabores naturales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1388\">Cada campa\u00f1a procesamos alrededor de 3.500 kilos de fruta. De ellos obtenemos mermeladas, zumos naturales y pieles de c\u00edtricos que destinamos a nuevas elaboraciones. Estas pieles se deshidratan y se utilizan en nuestras infusiones, dando continuidad al ciclo de la fruta y evitando desperdicios.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1634\">Detr\u00e1s de todo este proceso hay un equipo comprometido formado por 12 personas del Centro Especial de Empleo, en concreto en las actividades de agricultura y taller agroalimentario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1924\">Las mermeladas, disponibles en formato de 200 g y tambi\u00e9n en 65 g, ideal para regalo, se pueden encontrar en todos los centros de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Esment<\/span><\/span>.
