L\u2019equip d\u2019Esment Habitatge ha posat en marxa \u201cViure en Comunitat\u201d, un projecte que vol donar un cop de m\u00e0 a les persones amb necessitats de suport que, tot i tenir ingressos, no poden permetre\u2019s un lloguer a Palma. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s crear una oportunitat real perqu\u00e8 puguin iniciar el seu cam\u00ed cap a la vida independent.<\/p>\n

El projecte arrenca amb dos pisos de dues habitacions, on Esment assumeix el cost del lloguer i de les despeses gr\u00e0cies als fons obtinguts a trav\u00e9s de la convocat\u00f2ria de subvencions destinades a finan\u00e7ar serveis i programes d’atenci\u00f3 social residencial amb c\u00e0rrec a l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 del 0,7% de l\u2019IRPF de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Benestar Social,\u00a0que enguany han estat per un valor de 100.000 \u20ac. D\u2019aquesta manera, es subvencionen tant el lloguer com els costos de subministraments, comunitat, internet, taxa de residus, assegurances i les despesses de l’equip de professionals encarregats de fer el seguiment per assolir els objectius<\/span><\/p>\n

Per\u00f2 el projecte no es limita a oferir un sostre. Cada persona segueix un itinerari d\u2019emancipaci\u00f3 personalitzat i participa en un pla d\u2019estalvi que implica reservar entre el 10% i el 20% dels seus ingressos mensuals. Aquests diners es destinen \u00edntegrament a preparar el seu futur: la fian\u00e7a, el primer mes de lloguer, la mudan\u00e7a i un petit coix\u00ed econ\u00f2mic per al moment d\u2019independitzar-se. Com que el programa t\u00e9 una durada de dos anys, aquest per\u00edode permet que cada participant pugui acumular l\u2019estalvi necessari i fer el pas cap a l\u2019autonomia amb m\u00e9s tranquil\u00b7litat.<\/p>\n

Mentrestant, l\u2019equip d\u2019Habitatge fa un seguiment constant de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de cada persona, aix\u00ed com de la seva estabilitat a la llar i del cost per pla\u00e7a. De moment, ja es beneficien d’aquesta iniciativa entre quatre i vuit persones.<\/p>\n
