{"id":22840,"date":"2023-11-30T09:44:07","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T09:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esment.org\/blogs\/?p=22840"},"modified":"2023-12-14T13:23:23","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T13:23:23","slug":"dos-aprendices-de-cocina-entre-los-50-finalistas-del-concurso-le-cordon-blue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esment.org\/blogs\/dos-aprendices-de-cocina-entre-los-50-finalistas-del-concurso-le-cordon-blue\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos aprendices de cocina, entre los 50 finalistas del concurso Le Cordon Blue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Julieth Ximena Cartagena\u00a0y\u00a0Javier Alfonso Bravo, dos aprendices mallorquines de Esment Escola Professional, se encuentran entre los 50 finalistas de la onceava edici\u00f3n del prestigioso concurso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cordonbleu.edu\/madrid\/premio-promesas-alta-cocina\/es\">Premio Promesas de la Alta Cocina, de Le Cordon Blue, <\/a>un certamen a nivel nacional cuyos ganadores se har\u00e1n con una beca de 26.000 y 9.500 euros, para continuar sus estudios gastron\u00f3micos y explotar su gran potencial en el mundo de la cocina.<\/p>\n<div id=\"post-text-hidden\">\n<p>El concurso est\u00e1 dirigido a aprendices de cocina, menores de 25 a\u00f1os, que est\u00e9n cursando el \u00faltimo curso en estudios gastron\u00f3micos. Es el caso de los dos alumnos de Escola, que ahora deber\u00e1n preparar la segunda fase del concurso, una criba de la que solo pasar\u00e1n 10 de los 50 candidatos. para conseguirlo, tendr\u00e1n que grabar una videoreceta, con una serie de pautas e ingredientes comunes, de suficiente calidad y originalidad como para formar parte de los diez elegidos.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en la tercera y \u00faltima prueba del concurso, se presentar\u00e1 un plato al jurado, presidido por\u00a0Nacho Manzano, chef con dos estrellas Michelin, del restaurante Casa Marcial, en Asturias. La organizaci\u00f3n premiar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el esfuerzo de los centros con una ayuda econ\u00f3mica de 1.500 \u20ac para el centro del primer clasificado.<\/p>\n<p>Esta no es la primera vez que un aprendiz de cocina de Esment Escola Professional se situa entre los finalistas.
