Procedeixen de\u00a0l&#8217;hort\u00a0ecol\u00f2gic de la finca Casa Esment i seran la base de les noves elaboracions que a partir d&#8217;ara podreu tastar en els nostres restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Les favetes tendres tenen un gran valor gastron\u00f2mic als caf\u00e8s Esment i per aquest motiu enguany,\u00a0des de\u00a0d&#8217;Agricultura, es va decidir duplicar la producci\u00f3. En total, s&#8217;espera recol\u00b7lectar al voltant de 300\u00a0quilos\u00a0de favetes pelades i de dues varietats diferents.<\/p>\n<p>aquests dies, les persones que treballen al Taller Agroalimentari s&#8217;encarreguen\u00a0d&#8217;extreure\u00a0les llavors de les beines.
