Lo har\u00e1n a finales de este mes, despu\u00e9s de haber recibido las primeras clases te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas en las aulas y sala de Esment Escola Professional.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la formaci\u00f3n en aula, los aprendices han realizado diversas salidas con el objetivo de conocer la importancia de la sostenibilidad y la seguridad alimentaria a trav\u00e9s de empresas vinculadas al sector alimentario. En este sentido, visitaron la empresa de sobrasada El Zagal, las instalaciones de la empresa de gesti\u00f3n de residuos, Tirme, y el huerto ecol\u00f3gico y la bodega de la finca Weyler.<\/p>\n<p>El principal punto fuerte de la Formaci\u00f3n Dual es su car\u00e1cter pr\u00e1ctico porque los aprendices pasan mucho m\u00e1s tiempo en la empresa que en una aula. Permite sumar sus necesidades formativas y laborales con las necesidades de profesionales cualificados de las empresas. Gracias a esta formaci\u00f3n, de dos o tres a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n, los aprendices pueden obtener una titulaci\u00f3n oficial y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante aprender la profesi\u00f3n, tener un contrato, un salario y fortalecer sus competencias sociolaborales en una empresa que, adem\u00e1s, les facilitar\u00e1 la inserci\u00f3n laboral. De hecho, m\u00e1s del 70% de los aprendices que eligen esta modalidad en Esment Escola Professional obtienen un empleo en la misma empresa que les form\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Esment Escola Professional fue pionera en Espa\u00f1a en introducir este modelo educativo adaptado a personas con necesidades de apoyo. Con el tiempo lo ampli\u00f3 a otros colectivos y actualmente son m\u00e1s de 200 j\u00f3venes los que han finalizado con \u00e9xito dicha formaci\u00f3n. Este modelo educativo lleva m\u00e1s de cuatro d\u00e9cadas implantado en Alemania y es la opci\u00f3n formativa m\u00e1s elegida entre los j\u00f3venes ya que est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con la baja tasa de paro que registra el pa\u00eds germano: solo un 3% . No sorprende que la FD Alemana sea el espejo en el que se mira Espa\u00f1a para conseguir reducir su elevada tasa de paro juvenil, que actualmente supera el 29%.<\/p>\n<p>La implicaci\u00f3n de las empresas en la FD es determinante para poderse llevar a cabo, y en la actual promoci\u00f3n colaboran un total de 16: Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel, Castillo Hotel Son Vida, The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, Meli\u00e0 South Beach, Meli\u00e0 Palma Bay, Inside Palma Bosque, Sunlight Bahia Principe Coral Playa, Hotel Castell Son Claret, Lindner Golf Resort Portals Nous, Mar Hotels Paguera &amp;
