Los dos aprendices cursan actualmente el tercer y \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de cocina en la modalidad de Formaci\u00f3n Dual, una metodolog\u00eda que les permite combinar la formaci\u00f3n en aula con el trabajo remunerado en una empresa. Alberto Pujol lo hace en las cocinas del restaurante del Golf Son Vida. Por su parte, Bryan Hernany trabaja como cocinero en el caf\u00e9 Esment Palmanova.<\/p>\n<p>Superada la primera fase de la eliminatoria, ambos j\u00f3venes deber\u00e1n enviar, antes del 27 de enero, un v\u00eddeo con la receta y elaboraci\u00f3n de una propuesta que les permita colocarse en la lista de los 10 finalistas. Una inc\u00f3gnita que se resolver\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de marzo de 2022. La gran final tendr\u00e1 lugar el 26 de abril en las instalaciones de la escuela Le Cordon Bleu de Madrid.
