Aquest \u00e9s l&#8217;objectiu que tenen present els 25 joves que avui inicien el nou curs de formaci\u00f3 Socioeducativa a Esment Escola Professional, i que suposa la segona promoci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta especialitat.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un certificat de professionalitat de nivell tres, que t\u00e9 una durada d&#8217;un any i que segueix la metodologia de Formaci\u00f3 Dual que s&#8217;aplica en el centre de forma gratu\u00efta. Un itinerari formatiu que combina l&#8217;aprenentatge a l&#8217;aula, amb la pr\u00e0ctica en entorns reals de treball. Una metodologia que permetr\u00e0 als alumnes poder aplicar els seus\u00a0coneixements\u00a0en \u00e0mbits com el del servei ocupacional, l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;habitatges, la inf\u00e0ncia, les cases de majors o els centres de dia.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquest curs, els alumnes rebran la m\u00e9s completa i actual formaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a poder desenvolupar el seu futur professional en aquest \u00e0mbit, combinant la part te\u00f2rica, a Escola, amb 1.280 hores de pr\u00e0ctiques reals en els centres Esment. Gr\u00e0cies a aquest tipus d&#8217;ensenyament, els participants coneixeran de primera m\u00e0 les necessitats actuals i futures del sector dedicat a les persones amb necessitats de suport, la qual cosa els permetr\u00e0 acabar els seus estudis amb un alt nivell de coneixements i facilitar\u00e0 la seva entrada en el mercat laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta segona promoci\u00f3 es confia que els resultats siguin tan satisfactoris com en el curs anterior, quan m\u00e9s del 90% dels alumnes van trobar feina en entitats del tercer sector. \u00c9s el cas de Marga\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Bennassar<\/span>, que despr\u00e9s de realitzar aquesta formaci\u00f3, \u00e9s tecnica socioeducativa i ha comen\u00e7at a dirigir tallers ocupacionals a diferents centres d&#8217;Esment. Actualment ho fa al centre Bosc i, com ella mateixa explica, \u00ab\u00e9s una de les feines m\u00e9s gratificants que hi ha perqu\u00e8 et dediques a fomentar l&#8217;autonomia de les persones i la resposta que reps per part seva \u00e9s immensa.
