Genera un cambio en la actitud, en el estado emocional y en la percepci\u00f3n del dolor. El arte ayuda a que una persona pase de un estado de estr\u00e9s a otro de relajaci\u00f3n y creatividad. Cuando las personas est\u00e1n en un proceso creativo, las ondas cerebrales son las mismas que en momentos de rezo o meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el centro de d\u00eda somos conscientes de la necesidad de expresar las emociones, sentimientos, pasiones&#8230; Por esto buscamos nuevas formas de expresi\u00f3n. Con el\u00a0taller <strong>ExpresArte<\/strong>, se da\u00a0rienda suelta a la creatividad y, de forma indirecta, se trabaja la estimulaci\u00f3n sensorial y la psicmotricidad fina.<\/p>\n<p><em>El arte nos permite expresarnos y conocernos; al darle un lugar en el afuera a nuestras emociones logramos un gran alivio interior. Quien puede crear un objeto puede crearse a s\u00ed mismo.
